Plans for the Enniskillen Southern Bypass continue to progress with the Vesting Order to become operative on August 24.
The Vesting Order is the process for compulsory purchase of the land to facilitate construction of the road.
A Vesting Order map for the A4 Enniskillen Southern Bypass was published on July 19 (pictured).
A Department for Infrastructure spokesperson said: “The statutory orders for the Enniskillen Southern Bypass were published in July and the Vesting Order will become operative on August 24.
“The landowners have been notified and can submit claims for compensation after the Vesting Order is operative.
“Progression to construction thereafter will be dependent on the availability of funding through future budgetary settlements.”
