THE Erne Vintage Car Club’s annual parade attracted one of the largest crowds ever last Friday night.
Thousands of people were in Enniskillen to view the spectacle, which once again proved a major success.
It is estimated that a total figure of over £4,000 will be raised for this year’s chosen charity, Multiple Sclerosis.
Vintage cars, tractors, lorries, machinery, and bicycles – like that of Patrick Gillian (13), from Colebrooke, who took Luke Coalter (3) on tow at the parade – were featured in the varied procession, which also included a number of bands.
Robert Donaldson, from Enniskillen, was in attendance with a horse and trap, while Kathy Keeley co-ordinated a colourful children’s community circus display, featuring stilt walkers and young people on roller skates.
