A WOMAN who is to contest a number of charges has missed an appointment with a psychiatrist who was to carry out an assessment on her mental health ahead of the case being dealt with.
Teresa McCaffrey (52), of Hillview Road, Enniskillen, is accused of pursuing a course of conduct amounting to the harassment of an unnamed individual on dates between June 6 and 22, 2020.
She is further accused of misusing an electronic communications network on June 21, 2020 by sending a message of a menacing nature.
A defence barrister told Enniskillen Magistrates Court she could give no reason why her client missed the appointment, and advised attempts were being made to have this rescheduled.
She confirmed both charges are denied.
District Judge Steven Keown granted a longer adjournment than usual to allow McCaffrey to engage with the psychiatrist.
A contest date will be fixed on October 22.
