An man has been returned for trial to face 12 sexual assault charges.
He is accused of four counts of sexual assault of a child under the age of 13 between January 13, 2012 and January 13, 2014.
He faces a further eight charges of sexual assault on dates between January 14, 2014 and November 21, 2018 and on dates between January 13, 2016 and November 21, 2018.
He cannot be named for legal reasons.
A Public Prosecution Service representative told Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Wednesday that they believed he had a case to answer.
District Judge Steven Keown agreed and was satisfied the defendant had a case to answer.
At the brief hearing the defendant did not want to say anything in answer to the charges, give evidence, call witnesses or tender any statements.
The case was adjourned until October 19 when he is due to appear at Dungannon Crown Court.
