A Lisnaskea man is to stand trial in relation to allegations around obtaining sexual gratification through activities with a child.
James Thomas Ace Warren (32) from Castlebalfour Drive in the town, faces two counts of intentionally causing a child to watch a third person engaging in a sexual activity and a single count of sexually communicating with a child.
Offending is alleged to have occurred in early 2020.
Warren appeared in the dock of Dungannon Crown Court where he pleaded not guilty to each charge in turn.
Judge Peter Irvine QC adjourned the case until next month when a trial date is to be identified.
Warren was remanded on continuing bail.
