An Enniskillen man is to stand trial on historical sexual abuse charges, some of which are alleged to date back almost 40 years.
Derek Brownlee (57), of Loane Drive, is accused of four counts of indecently assaulting a female and a single count of buggery with the same complainant.
The offending is alleged to have occurred on dates between 1982 and 1984.
Brownlee pleaded not guilty to each charge in turn during a brief appearance before Dungannon Crown Court.
No details of the circumstances surrounding the case were disclosed.
A prosecution lawyer estimated the trial would last for approximately one week.
Judge Brain Sherrard QC remanded Brownlee on continuing bail to attend for trial in January, with a review prior to that in November.
