Erne Gaels secured the Fermanagh IFC title in dramatic fashion tonight as they claimed a 1-12 to 3-04 victory over neighbours Devenish at Brewster Park.
The Belleek man had appeared in control as they led 0-07 to 0-02 at the water-break in the second half.
However, they were rocked as Ruairi Doherty, Jason Love and Chris O'Brien all found the net to put Devenish into a 3-03 to 0-08 lead.
Erne Gaels responded with three points in added on time to level up matters but when Terry O'Flanagan slotted over a free it looked as if it was going to be Devenish's night.
But there was to be one final and decisive twist as Erne Gaels worked an opening and Ryan Lyons produced a clinical finish to snatch the win for the Bellleek outfit.
