Residents of Ederney and the surrounding area have been left without electricity this morning (January 19) following a power cut.
Northern Ireland Electricity Networks (NIE) has reported that 462 customers have been impacted by the fault which is understood to have been caused by equipment failure. The power cut occurred at 9.48am this morning.
Post codes that have been affected include: BT39 0; BT74 6; BT74 7; BT78 7; BT79 0; BT81 7; BT93; BT93 0; BT93 1; BT93 5; BT94 0; BT94 1; BT94 4.
An NIE spokesman said: "We have logged a fault for this area and will be assigning a repair team as soon as possible."
NIE estimate to restore the fault by 1pm this afternoon.
