A MAN and a woman have been returned to the Crown Court to face charges including aggravated burglary and theft.
Daniel Rodger (19), of Garden Mews, Cookstown, and Sasha Harkin (22), of Castletown Square, Fintona, are accused of stealing more than £1,000 in money, a piggy bank, a tin box, an engagement ring and two Jean Patrique knives from a property at Derrin Road, Enniskillen on June 7, 2021.
They are also accused of stealing tins of beer, a bottle of Buckfast, a bottle of Malibu and a bottle of Vodka to the value of £66.42 from McBride’s Spar, Enniskillen on June 6, 2021.
Harkin faces two further charges of possession of Class-B cannabis and Class-C Xanax on June 7, 2021.
A PPS representative told Enniskillen Magistrates Court the pair had a case to answer, which District Judge Steven Keown agreed with.
Neither wanted to say anything, give evidence, call witnesses or tender statements during the hearing.
The case was adjourned to be heard again at Dungannon Crown Court on March 1
