Peter Tierney from Crevenagh Road, Beragh is accused of possessing, intending to supply and being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.
There is also a charge of possessing the prescription-only drugs Pregabalin and Zopiclone with intent to supply.
Tierney is further accused of possessing a handgun and ammunition, and a second firearm without the appropriate certificate as well as fireworks without a licence.
Finally it is alleged he was in possession of criminal property, the nature of which was not disclosed.
All matters are alleged to have occurred on 19 January, but no details surrounding Tierney’s arrest were disclosed.
A detective constable told Omagh Magistrates Court the charges could be connected.
No solicitor appeared for the accused and there was no application for bail at this stage.
Deputy District Judge John Wray remanded Tierney in custody to appear again by video-link next month.
