SCHOOLGIRL Aoife Crudden just can’t stop those dancing feet. The 14-year-old student from St. Fanchea’s, Enniskillen has just won the All-Ireland Readoiri Disco Dancing championship.
The Newtownbutler girl was voted top of the disco dancers from all across Ireland in the competition held in Co. Laois last weekend where she won a bowl of Tipperary Crystal.
She gives much of the credit for her success to her friend and neighbour, Joanne Conlon, who started her interest in dancing and helped choreograph her routine for the championship.
“Joanne really got me interested in dancing from an early age. She helps me with the steps when we practice every day,” said Aoife.
