A Fintona man has been returned for trial on multiple charges of alleged sexual activity with a child, including rape.
All matters are alleged to have occurred on June 3, 2020 and involve a female child.
Appearing for committal hearing was Niall Donnelly (20) from Ecclesville Road is accused of nine offences comprising four counts of sexual assault, two counts of rape, along with single counts of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, causing a child to engage in sexual activity and a indecent assault.
A prosecuting lawyer told Omagh Magistrates Court there is a case to answer which was agreed by Deputy District Judge Peter Prenter.
No further details surrounding the allegations were disclosed to the court during the short hearing.
Donnelly did not object to the proceedings and declined to call witnesses or give evidence on his own behalf at this stage.
Judge Prenter remanded him on continuing bail terms which includes a ban on contacting the complainant or any witnesses.
Donnelly is also prohibited from having unsupervised contact with any child under 18 and must not enter Fintona as defined by the 30mph speed limit.
He was ordered to appear for arraignment at Dungannon Crown Court on May 3.
