There will be some new paws on patrol across the district as the PSNI in Fermanagh and Omagh has this week welcomed three new trainee specialist dogs to their ranks.
It has been announced that three new trainee specialist dogs have begun their training in victim recovery alongside their handlers.
Posting on the PSNI Fermanagh and Omagh Facebook page, a PSNI spokesperson said:
“This week sees the start of a new Victim Recovery dog course.
“I’d like to introduce our three new trainee specialist dogs. Charlie (black Cocker Spaniel ), Tilly (brown Cocker Spaniel) and Fern (Springer Spaniel).
They added: “Wishing them and their handlers the best of luck over the duration of their course.”
