Enniskillen Courthouse
A search of a car by police in Enniskillen resulted in the discovery of two cannabis joints.
On January 21, 2022 at around 3.15pm police in the town stopped an Audi Q7.
They spoke with the driver, Killian Lee McMackin (34), of Mill Hill Road, Newtownbutler, who they thought was acting suspiciously and appeared to be placing something down his trousers.
A search discovered two joints of cannabis and during a notebook interview he made full admissions.
His barrister, Michael Boyd, said there not a great deal to add but that McMackin is putting himself in jeopardy if this continues to happen.
McMackin was fined £250 for possession of a Class B drug.
