IT WAS ruff work, counting up all the votes – but at long last, the overall winners of Perfect Pet 2022 have finally been revealed, thanks to every last vote cast by you, our readers.
And, speaking of thanks, a sincere “thank you” must go out to every last pet owner who entered this year’s competition, as well as to everyone who voted across the past few weeks, whittling down all the hopefuls until only the final three overall winners were left.
Without further ado, we present the overall winner of Perfect Pet 2022, and the two runner-ups, all of whom will share in the overall prize fund of £500.
First prize goes to Tanya Muriel West’s prize-winning pooch, Coco Shanelle (which was entrant #137), that can now ‘walkies’ away with £250!
The overall winner was closely followed up by second place winner, Riley (#022), owned by Shauna Drumm (winning £150); with Moss (#152) scooping third place, owned by Linda Emerson (who wins £100).
The three winners also get a voucher each for one Finnigan Designer Dog Collar.
So there you have it – while cats came within a whisker of winning, and some other creatures were also in the running, hopping and flapping, the overwhelming popularity of dogs once again saw one come out as top dog – literally – in this year’s competition.
Well done again to the three winners, and keep checking your The Impartial Reporter for more great reader competitions ...
