A fun Fermanagh pub quiz has raised £1,770 for The Northern Trust Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group.
JT Ryan’s Bar, Enniskillen, hosted the quiz recently to raise funds for and awareness of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
A spokesperson for The Northern Trust Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group said: "An incredible £1,770 was raised towards providing a respite centre for Pulmonary Fibrosis sufferers from across Northern Ireland.
"The group is extremely grateful for the generosity of the patrons of JT Ryan’s, and the friends and family of Clare and Tom Donohoe, as well as the local businesses that supported the fundraiser through sponsoring prizes.

"The Northern Trust Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group was set up in 2015 by Dr. Eoin Murtagh, Respiratory Consultant and President of the support group, and by Pat Gorman, Respiratory Nurse Specialist, and is Chaired by Tom McMillan."
The support group is patient- and carer-focused, with clinicians, patients and carers working together, and has grown to offer help, support and guidance to people from all across Northern Ireland.
The group aims to provide support to patients and their families and carers, and to improve their quality of life.
Amongst its work, it aims to raise awareness of Pulmonary Fibrosis amongst the medical profession, decision-makers and the wider public and support research into improved outcomes and greater understanding of the condition.

The group's aim is to provide a supportive place to come together to chat and socialise with a community who can understand what it is like to live with Pulmonary Fibrosis.
The support group recently appointed six ambassadors across all regions of Northern Ireland, with Clare Donohoe covering the South West region.
