Two men charged with attempted murder following an incident at a house in Donagh have had these charges withdrawn.
Three men were charged with attempted murder following the incident on December 6, 2021 in which they appeared to have turned on each other.
Jakub Malis (18), of Lettergreen Road, Donagh, was charged with attempted murder, but at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, a no prosecution direction was made.
Jaroslav Wilczeh (31), of no fixed abode, also had his attempted murder charge withdrawn. However, he still faces a charge of possession of a prohibited weapon – namely, CS Spray.
The third man, Florian Majcher (50), of Lettergreen Road, Donagh, is still facing two counts of attempted murder from the incident.
All remaining matters were taken for one week, until May 23 for further update.
