A man has been convicted of having no driving licence and driving without due care and attention.
A contest was scheduled to take place at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday; however, the defendant did not turn up.
Kirils Jefimovs (35), with an address of Kilmacormick Road, Enniskillen, was convicted in his absence after statements from two witnesses and the investigating officer were adopted as evidence.
No hesitation
District Judge Steven Keown commended the witnesses for co-operating with the process and attending court, and said he had no hesitation in convicting Jefimovs of both counts.
He said the driving without due care and attention was at the higher end of the scale, before handing Jefimovs a nine-month disqualification, and fines totalling £400.
