The Cassidy Hospitality Group has announced today, June 20, that it will be expanding and growing its business by opening a new store in the old Eason's building in the town centre of Enniskillen. As yet, there is no official opening date for the new store.
With its aim to prioritise the new store opening over the coming weeks and months, the group also announced that it will be closing its Gourmet Bros pop-up store on Townhall Steet this Sunday, June 26.
In a statement on behalf of the Cassidy Hospitality Group, Shane Browne, group sales and marketing manager said: "In November 2020, the Cassidy Hospitality Group established a new independent business: 'Gourmet Bros' and opened the doors of its pop-up shop on 16 Townhall Street. The shop provided restaurant quality meals for the people of Fermanagh to enjoy in the comfort of their own homes.
"The pop-up shop was by its nature a temporary outlet, but thanks to the people of Fermanagh, it has remained open for longer than ever expected. As a result of this support, the Gourmet Bros brand has went from strength to strength and it is now time to progress this onto the next phase.
"We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening a new store in the old Eason's building at 12 High Street, Enniskillen. The new store will showcase a new name and brand. Over the coming weeks and months, we will be prioritising the store opening and therefore we will be closing the pop-up store at 16 Townhall Street on Sunday, June 26 at 6pm."
