Three people were taken to hospital today, Friday, following a road traffic collision (RTC).
Emergency services attended the scene of the collision at Killadeas Road, near Lisnarick earlier this afternoon between two cars and three cyclists.
The road was closed and diversions were put in place. A PSNI spokesperson said they received the RTC report shortly before 1pm.
They continued: "The collision involved two cars and three cyclists. Colleagues from Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) also attended the scene, and the cyclists were taken to hospital for treatment for injuries not believed to be serious at this time.
"Enquiries are continuing. There are no further details at this time."
In a statement, a NIAS spokesperson said the service "received a 999 call at 12:54pm following reports [of] an incident in the Lisnarick area, Co. Fermanagh on Friday, July 15".
They continued: "NIAS despatched three Emergency Crews, and one Officer, and the Charity Air Ambulance with HEMS on board was also tasked to the incident.
"Following assessment and initial treatment, three patients were taken to the South West Acute Hospital by ambulance."
