There were plenty of smiles as local families enjoyed a range of activities at the 'Summer Daze' fun day organised by SGN Natural Gas and hosted at the Fermanagh Lakeland Forum, Enniskillen on Saturday, July 23.
The free Enniskillen event was one in a series of fun days taking place across Northern Ireland this summer as a show of appreciation by SGN Natural Gas for all the residents within the network area.
From freshly-cooked BBQ fare to ice cream, a bouncy castle and children's entertainment, there was something for the whole family to enjoy on the day.
Speaking ahead of the Enniskillen event, David Butler, the Director of SGN Natural Gas, said: "We're extremely excited to be hosting summer fun days.
"It's a great opportunity for us to show our appreciation to the people of Enniskillen as many of them have already taken the step of switching to natural gas, playing their part in helping to reduce Northern Ireland's carbon footprint."
With a vision for a carbon net-zero environment by 2050, SGN Natural Gas' network is designed to ensure there is now a clear pathway to a fully de-carbonised, cleaner fuel future for the region that can deliver significant environmental benefits for the planet.
SGN Natural Gas is also working with industry partners on the integration of Green, non-fossil fuels such as biomethane into the network, which is expected later this year.
