A new scholarship programme launched by South West College (SWC) will help students from the local area further their education.
SWC is launching three fully-funded Higher Education Scholarships for full-time study, open to applications from students studying at local feeder schools.
These ‘Chief Executive Scholarships’ are part of SWC’s commitment to widening access and participation in higher education.
The scholarships will be awarded as a fee waiver for the full-time tuition fees for three years for the following courses.
The Open University Foundation Degree in Visual Media Arts and The Open University BA (Hons) Visual Media Arts (Film/Games) Top-up (Enniskillen Campus). This scholarship has a total value of £10,030 over three years for the successful applicant.
Two-year Ulster University Foundation Degree Science in Computing and The Open University BSc (Hons) in Computing Science Top-up (Dungannon Campus). As above, this scholarship also has a total value of £10,030 over three years for the successful applicant.
The Open University BSc (Hons) in Corporate Law and Finance (Omagh Campus). This scholarship has a total value of £13,890 over three years for the successful applicant.

Evidence must be submitted, along with the completed application, by Friday, August 26. Successful applicants for each scholarship will be notified by September 2.
