There was great success for Fermanagh Comhaltas at the recent All Ireland Fleadh in Mullingar, with Shauneen Maguire of Derrylin CCÉ winning the Over-18 Piano Accordion category.
A number of local branch members were also placed highly in a variety of categories.
Traditional musicians of all ages were invited to gather in the County Westmeath town for Fleadh Cheoil Mullingar 2022, that ran from July 31 to August 7, which was hosted by Mullingar Comhaltas Branch.
A spokesperson for Fermanagh Comhaltas congratulated all the local All Ireland Fleadh winners, adding: "We are very proud of all our musicians and singers who despite the disruption of Covid-19, continued to learn and practise and competed in the Fermanagh County Fleadh, the Ulster Fleadh and the All Ireland.
"We applaud the hard work and dedication of these young people. Our eight branches of Comhaltas will begin their classes again in the autumn and we encourage everyone, young or old, to pick up an instrument and be part of our rich cultural heritage of traditional Irish music."
