Pedestrians are today being warned of a potentially dangerous drain in Enniskillen town centre which may cause injury if not soon repaired.
The issue which was first reported to The Impartial Reporter earlier today (Tuesday, August 30) is a missing grate from a drain on the roundabout at the junction of Johnston's Bridge and the Cornagrade Road.
It is unknown when the grate was removed from the drain or whether it was damaged by bad weather. It is not believed to have been without its grate for a long period of time.
The drain has now had a traffic cone placed inside it and it is unknown who took this action.
There are fears if not repaired soon, a pedestrian could be injured if they trip on the drain or potentially fall into it.
