Two men facing a series of drugs charges have been returned to the Crown Court.
Shane Carty (32), of Drumbawn Close, Drumclay, Enniskillen but appearing from Maghaberry Prison is charged with four charges of being concerned in an offer to supply Class A drugs, namely cocaine and MDMA, being concerned in an offer to supply Class B drugs, namely cannabis, two counts of being concerned in an offer to supply Class C drugs, namely diazepam, possessing criminal property and a final charge of selling, supplying or offering for sale or supply a medicinal product, namely pregabalin.
All charges relate to incidents on dates between March 17 and 23, 2017.
Ryan Murphy (22), with an address of Clonliff Road, Enniskillen faces a charge of possessing criminal property, being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug, namely MDMA and being concerned in the supply of a Class B drug, namely cannabis.
The charges all relate to incidents on dates between July 1, 2016 and March 23, 2017.
A prosecution representative told Enniskillen Magistrates Court the pair had a case to answer to which District Judge Steven Keown agreed with.
Neither Carty of Murphy wished to say anything, call witnesses, give evidence or tender statements during the short hearing on Monday.
The case was adjourned to be heard again on September 27 at Dungannon Crown Court.
