A woman involved in a road traffic collision was a learner driver and had no qualified driver in the car with her, a court has heard.
On February 11, 2020, at around 9.30pm, Nikita Fitzpatrick (24), with an address of Bergahvale, Skeoge Road, Londonderry, was driving a Suzuki vehicle at Gardiner's Cross Road in the direction of Tempo when she was involved in a road traffic collision.
Enniskillen Magistrates Court heard on Monday how further allegations relating to this crash are being heard at the Crown Court.
It was discovered Fitzpatrick was a learner driver and had no L plates displayed, and was not accompanied by a qualified driver.
Her barrister, Stephen Mooney, told the court Fitzpatrick entered a guilty plea at the first opportunity, but accepted she had a "terrible driving record".
For being an unaccompanied L driver and having no L plates displayed, Fitzpatrick received a one-year driving ban and £200 in fines.
