Man who died in industrial accident named (Image: IR)
The man who died in an industrial accident on Monday has been named locally as Mickey Doonan.
The 68 year old from Teemore sadly passed away following an incident in the Doon Road area of Derrylin.
Emergency services attended the incident at around 6pm yesterday evening which involved an elevated working platform.
Tributes have been paid to Mr. Doonan, who was well known in the local area.
His funeral is due to take place on Thursday, September 15 at St. Mary's Church, Teemore followed by burial at Carrowhill Cemetery.
