The Western Health and Social Care Trust (Western Trust) gratefully acknowledges a generous £2,000 cheque donation (in lieu of flowers) to the Palliative Care Ward at the Omagh Hospital and Primary Care Complex in memory of the late Mrs Tanya Armstrong from Fivemiletown.
The Armstrong family wish to express their sincere gratitude for the service, care and support of the Palliative Care Ward Team to the local community.
