A woman has been returned to the Crown Court to face two driving offences.
Nikita Fitzpatrick (24), with an address of Beraghvale, Londonderry but originally from Fermanagh, is facing two charges of causing grievous bodily injury by driving without due car and attention and failing to give permission for a laboratory test of a specimen of blood.
Incident
The charges related to an incident on February 11, 2020 on Gardiners Cross Road, Maguiresbridge.
A prosecution representative told Enniskillen Magistrates Court there was a prima facie case to answer which District Judge Steven Keown agreed with.
Videolink
Fitzpatrick, who was appearing via videolink from her solicitor’s office, did not want to say anything in answer to the charges or call witnesses, give evidence or tender any statements during the hearing.
The case was adjourned until November 10 to be heard at Dungannon Crown Court.
