Learner driver had unopened packet of L plates in back of car
A provisional licence holder has been convicted of being unaccompanied and having no L plates displayed.
Police stopped a vehicle on the Mullaghmeen Road, Enniskillen on July 6, 2022 at around 9.30pm.
They spoke to the driver Sean Stokes (33), with an address of Ferney Rise, Enniskillen who showed them his provisional driving licence.

Police observed there were no L plates displayed on the car however, there was an unopened packet in the back of the car.
The passenger in the car also confirmed he had no driving licence.
Stokes was cautioned but made no comment.
Stokes entered his plea by post accepting responsibility and was fined £150 and given three penalty points.
