An Arrest Warrant has been issued for a Garrison man who failed to appear in court on motoring charges.
Darren Kyle Hussey (37) from Gurteen Road, Garrison is accused of driving after consuming excess alcohol, while disqualified and without insurance.
Offending is alleged to have occurred on September 13 in the Drumragh Avenue area of Omagh.
A police officer familiar with the facts of the case told Omagh Magistrates Court the charges could be connected. She further advised Hussey was not in attendance and knew of no reason for this after which District Judge Bernie Kelly issued the Arrest Warrant.
