An Enniskillen man and woman have been returned to the Crown Court on drug charges.
Appearing at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday, Rachel Logan (27) and Mark Logan (25) both with an address of Riverside, Enniskillen where a prosecution representative told the court there was a case for both defendants to answer to.
District Judge Steven Keown was also satisfied this was the case.
Carson is facing charges of possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, and possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.
Logan is facing three charges of possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis; two charges of possession with intent to supply and a single count of being concerned in the supply of a Class B drug.
All charges relate to an incident on May 14, 2021.
Neither defendant wanted to say anything in answer to the charges, give evidence, call witnesses or tender statements during Monday's hearing.
They were both released on bail to appear again at Dungannon Crown Court on November 17.
