A man charged with grievous bodily harm with intent has been returned to the Crown Court for arraignment.

Rory Johnston (29), with an address of Kilmacormick Avenue, Enniskillen is charged with the offence in relation to an incident on March 13, 2022.

During the preliminary enquiry at Enniskillen Magistrates Court on Monday a prosecution representative submitted Johnston had a case to answer with District Judge Steven Keown agreeing.

Johnston did not want to say anything in answer to the charges. He also did not want to give evidence, call witnesses or tender statements during the hearing.

The case was adjourned until November 17 to be heard again at Dungannon Crown Court.
