Tracey Brothers Ltd were privileged to have been shortlisted as a Finalist in the ‘Team Award’ category, at The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) 2022 Annual awards held in the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, London on September 28, 2022.
The Erne Campus was the only Northern Irish Project to be represented at the CIOB Awards on the night.
The CIOB Team Award celebrates the collaboration and combined efforts of groups of people working together to meet a combined goal.
World class
The Tracey Brothers team goal was to successfully deliver the world class Erne Campus, to the extremely high sustainability aspirations of the South West College
To meet these aspirations required a team with a multitasking skill set and a holistic approach to the construction process.
Testimony to the this can be evidenced by the Erne Campus’s accreditation as currently the world’s largest Passive House Premium Rated building and is the first educational building in the world to achieve the accreditation.
The Project is also the first building in the UK to achieve both Passive House Premium and BREEAM outstanding accreditations.
