One patient was taken to hospital following a road traffic collision (RTC) on the Belfast Road, Brookeborough on Wednesday afternoon (October 19).
Emergency services including the PSNI, Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) attended the scene.
A NIAS spokesperson said: “NIAS received a 999 call at 1.01pm on Wednesday, October 19, following reports of an RTC on the Belfast Road area, Brookeborough.
“NIAS despatched one ambulance to the incident. One patient was taken to the SWAH by ambulance.”
As emergency services dealt with the incident, the Belfast Road was closed between Brookeborough and Fivemiletown on Wednesday afternoon, with diversions in place. The road has since reopened.
