These charges relate to an incident on November 27 and 28, 2021.

Stephen James Love (32), of Beech Hill, Enniskillen, is charged with attempted grievous bodily harm with intent and assault occasioning actual bodily harm concerning an incident on November 27.
A prosecution representative told Enniskillen Magistrates Court there was a prima facie case to answer, to which District Judge Steven Keown agreed.
None of the three defendants wished to say anything in relation to the charges, give evidence, call witnesses or tender any statements at the hearing on Monday at Enniskillen Magistrates Court.
Duffy and Love were bailed to appear again at Dungannon Crown Court, while Beckett, who appeared via video link from Hydebank, was remanded in custody until that hearing on November 17.
