A man stopped by police driving his mother's car had no driving licence or insurance.
Enniskillen Magistrates Court heard on Monday that the car was stopped at the Chanterhill Road, Enniskillen shortly after midnight on May 28.
Dwayne Francis Moohan (34), with an address of Woodview, Enniskillen, was driving but was unable to produce his driving documents when requested.
He was ordered to produce his documents within the required timeframe; however, he contacted the investigating officer to tell them he did not have insurance in place.
Garry Smyth, Moohan's solicitor, told the court on Monday his client had previously held a driving licence and there had been a delay in the issuing of a provisional driving licence.
He said Moohan held a provisional licence and hoped to get a full licence. Mr. Smyth also asked the court to bear in mind Moohan's cooperation and timely plea.
For having no insurance and no driving licence, Moohan was fined £350 and given six penalty points.
