An Irvinestown man facing a number of charges against a female must appear in court or an arrest warrant will be issued.
24-year-old Emmet Rice from Humes Villas is accused of pursuing a course of conduct amounting to harassment on dates between October 8 and 10 this year. He is further charged with using a communications network to send a message he knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.
A police officer in charge of the case connected Rice to the charge in his absence at Enniskillen Magistrates Court.
District Judge Steven Keown ordered a letter to be sent to Rice warning he must appear on November 21 or a warrant would be issued for his arrest.
