International tour operators recently visited Belleek Pottery and some other top visitor attractions in the area as part of a fact-finding trip to Northern Ireland.
The tour operators were invited by Tourism Ireland, in conjunction with Tourism NI – to participate in the annual Meet the Buyer workshop in ICC Belfast.
After attending the workshop, they enjoyed an ‘Into the West’-themed tour of Northern Ireland.
During their visit to the Belleek Pottery Visitor Centre, the tour operators had some hands-on experience of the traditional techniques used to create the famous pottery.
The group visited the Beaghmore Stone Circles, OM Dark Sky Park and Observatory, and Hill of The O’Neill.
They also explored the Marble Arch Caves and Florence Court.
