Bright Eyes Animal Sanctuary representatives are encouraging members of the public to join them this Saturday (April 22) as they climb Cuilcagh Boardwalk to raise funds for the charity in memory of its founder, Pat Nolan.
Starting at 9am, the meeting point for the 'Boardwalk for Bright Eyes' charity climb will be at the main car park for the Cuilcagh Boardwalk.
A spokesperson for Bright Eyes said: "We would love if you joined us to climb Cuilcagh Boardwalk and raise vital funds for Fermanagh’s sanctuary for rescued/abused dogs and cats.
"As it is our founder Pat Nolan's 10th anniversary, it's extra poignant and important that we commemorate his life’s work."
Pat dedicated his life to the love of animals and strived through hard times to establish the sanctuary that remains today.
For his work to continue, Bright Eyes trustees and volunteers envisage numerous events throughout this year to raise awareness and some much needed revenue.
All proceeds raised from the event will be donated directly to the animal sanctuary.
