In a new partnership, Cassidy Hospitality Group and Boatyard Distillery recently announced the launch of a new venture where patrons at The Westville Hotel, Firehouse Bar & Grill and Crowes Nest will have access to Boatyard’s award-winning gin range as their house pour.
The partnership between Cassidy Hospitality Group and Boatyard Distillery is a natural fit as both companies are “committed to producing high-quality products and providing excellent customer experiences”.
Nicky Cassidy, Chief Executive Officer, Cassidy Hospitality Group said: “We are thrilled to partner with Boatyard Distillery to bring their award-winning gin to our patrons as our house pour.
“We are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences, and we believe that offering a locally-produced, high-quality spirit is an essential part of that experience.”
Joe McGirr, founder of Boatyard Distillery, added: “We are excited to partner with Cassidy Hospitality Group and to have our gin featured as the house pour at the Westville Hotel, Firehouse Bar & Grill, and Crowes Nest.
“We believe that our commitment to quality and traditional distilling methods will resonate with patrons, and we look forward to sharing our gin with them.
“It is so exciting to finally give Boatyard a home in Enniskillen town.”
The Westville Hotel, Firehouse Bar & Grill, and Crowes Nest are popular destinations for locals and visitors alike, and the addition of Boatyard gin to their beverage menus will undoubtedly be welcomed by many.
Boatyard Distillery, located on the shores of Lough Erne in Co. Fermanagh, is an independent, family-owned distillery that prides itself on producing spirits of exceptional quality.
Their award-winning gin is crafted using a unique blend of botanicals, including sweet gale and lemon verbena, and is distilled using traditional methods in a custom-made copper pot still.
The Westville Hotel, Firehouse Bar & Grill, and Crowes Nest are highly-regarded for their food, drink, and hospitality.
With the addition of Boatyard gin as their house pour, patrons can now enjoy a gin and tonic or other gin-based cocktails made with a locally-produced, award-winning spirit.
The project not only supports local business but also promotes responsible drinking by offering a quality product.
