Children in Tempo Primary School took part in the Daily Mile Day on Thursday, April 27.
Children in school participate in the initiative every day. Children are encouraged to run or jog at their own pace for 15 minutes in the fresh air with their friends.
Research has demonstrated that the Daily Mile improves children's physical, social and emotional and mental health in a non-competitive fun setting and promotes an active lifestyle.
