Principal Gary Kelly was delighted with the Year 12 GCSE results at St. Kevin's College.

He said: "This year's GCSE results are even higher than last year's. This year, 89 per cent of Year 12 students in St. Kevin's College achieved five or more GCSEs Grades A*-C, including English and Maths.

"This is even more impressive when you consider that the majority of the Covid-19 GCSE Exam Concessions were removed for students doing exams this year, and schools in Northern Ireland have been told to expect a decline in GCSE results.

"In fact, the opposite has occurred in St. Kevin's. This is down to the hard work and outstanding effort of teachers, support staff and students working as part of a team."

He also recognised the help and support shown by Year 12 parents in encouraging their children to strive to the best of their ability.
