Young children got into the spirit of Hallowe’en at Waterstones’ storytime last Saturday.
The Fermanagh Storyteller, Nuala O’Toole, captured the imagination of those in attendance with her reading of ‘Funnybones’, by Allan and Janet Ahlberg.
Hailed as a must-read book for Hallowe’en, ‘Funnybones’ follows the adventures of Big Skeleton, Little Skeleton and Dog Skeleton as they leave their “dark, dark cellar” and explore the town they live in.
Packed with colourful illustrations it is the perfect book for story time and those in attendance thoroughly enjoyed Nuala’s reading.
