Forensic investigators from the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) are at the scene of an alleged rape in Enniskillen this morning (Sunday, April 28) in Enniskillen.

Police tape is cordoning off an area on a path near the Fermanagh Lakeland Forum and at the rear of the Translink bus depot.

Members of the public noted PSNI activity in the area shortly after 6am noted the presence of the PSNI. A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are currently at the scene of a report of a rape in the Broadmeadow area of Enniskillen, conducting a number of enquiries."
