THE case of a teenager who is facing charges of possessing extreme pornography has been adjourned until June.
Adam Elliot (18), of Tullyrain Road, Ballinamallard, is facing two separate counts of possessing an extreme pornographic image on March 14, 2020.
The case was briefly mentioned at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, May 13.
Explaining the background of the case, a defence barrister explained that Elliot was previously within the youth court, but as he had "come of age", he was now before the Magistrate's Court.
The barrister said that little progress had been made in the case as the directing officer was "off on leave".
District Judge Alana McSorley ordered that the case is adjourned until June 3, when it will be heard again at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court.
