BAIL terms for a woman who is accused of causing the death of an expectant mother in Belleek have been varied.

The case of Emma Josephine Feely (34), of Blackrock Park, Belleek, was discussed at Enniskillen Magistrate's Court on Monday, May 20.

Feely is accused of causing the death of Brazilian native, Valeria Amorim, by driving dangerously on a road, namely Boa Island Road, Belleek, on February 19 of this year.

She is also charged with causing grievous bodily harm through dangerous driving to two other individuals on the same date, as well as charges of driving with excess alcohol in her breath,  driving with no driving licence, and driving as an unaccompanied 'L' driver with no 'L' plates displayed.

The court heard how there was an application to vary Feely's bail conditions to reside with her mother at her address in Belleek.

During an earlier hearing, Feely was permitted to reside at an address away from Belleek, as the family of the injured party also resided in the Co. Fermanagh town.

However, on Monday, Feely's legal representative asked District Judge Alana McSorley if bail conditions could be varied to allow her to reside with her mother in Belleek on the grounds of his client's "wellbeing."

Judge McSorley agreed to vary bail conditions, and ordered that the case be returned to on June 17.
