A LISNARICK man has denied charges of selling fake goods including counterfeit Samsung, Oral B and Rayban products.
Glenn Samual Ewing (44) of Drumadravy Road, Lisnarick, appeared at Dungannon Crown Court, sitting at Newry, on Tuesday, April 28.
He is facing eight charges of selling fake goods on various dates between November 29, 2017 and May 19, 2022.
The alleged goods include Rayban sunglasses, Samsung ‘AirPods’, Apple products and Oral B healthcare items.
In court, Ewing pleaded ‘not guilty’ to all charges before him.
Judge Sherrard remanded Ewing on continuing bail, and adjourned the case until Monday, June 10, to be heard again at Newry Courthouse.
