THE case of a Dublin man who is accused of killing three men in a horror Christmas crash on the A5 has been adjourned.
The case of Donatas Timinskas (34) of Belmyne, Dublin, was discussed at Omagh Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
Peter Finnegan, Augher, Nathan Corrigan, Garvaghy and Petey McNamee, Sixmilecross, all in their 20s, lost their lives in a collision between a car and Volvo truck on the A5 Omagh Road in December 2021.
Following the horrific incident, Tominskas is facing three charges of causing the death through dangerous driving, and a charge of causing grievous bodily injury to another man.
He is also facing charges of driving Volvo HGV without due care and attention, driving with a defective braking system, and speeding.
On Tuesday, prosecution asked District Judge Magill that a three-week adjournment was required.
Judge Magill remanded Timinskas on continuing bail, and ordered that the case be heard again at Omagh Magistrate's Court on July 9.
