A FUNDRAISER set up in support of the family of teenage crash victim, Oisin Gregg, has raised over £9,000.
The JustGiving page was set up by Rev Rebecca Guildea, rector of Garrison Group of Parishes, following the sad passing of the 18-year-old who sustained critical injuries in a road traffic collision near Kesh.
An initial goal of £2,000 was set, but this has been vastly exceeded with £9,215 raised by yesterday (Wednesday).
Rev Guildea is hoping to raise money for the family during the "difficult months ahead".
"So many of us in the community wish to help the Gregg family as they struggle with the loss of a beloved son and brother," Rev. Guildea said.
"We hope that this money will help Gareth and Mary through the difficult months ahead, and perhaps give them the opportunity to get away with their children over the Summer."
